Citgo Gas Stations Owned By Hugo Chaez' Venezuelan Government

Your local CITGO gas station is owned by Hugo Chavez.

Pass it on.

Hat tip to N. Jones of Out-World for the Chavez photoshop.

Apparently Citgo also sponsored a Chavez rally in Harlem-- Ironically, this is the district of liberal congressman and Bush critic Charlie Rangel-- who just issued a statement higly critiical of Chavez. [As did Pelosi-- but Harkin said he agreed with Chavez].

i was surprised at the statements issued by Rangel and Pelosi-- two of the more liberal members of congress- but I guess Chavez is such an extremist nut that he is too much for even those two.

Citgo is big in S Louisiana. They have a large refinery in Lake Charles.

I will pass up their stations to buy gas elswhere.

Great! All we need now is someone with creativity and make a FLYER so we can TAPE them to every single CITGO station gas pump we can find.

The flyer could say something like:

DON'T BUY GAS HERE - CHAVEZ, THE GUY THAT CALLED OUR PRESIDENT THE DEVIL - OWNS THIS GAS STATION!

or

BOYCOTT CITGO - OWNED BY THE VENEZUELAN TYRANT

Something to that effect, plus the CITGO logo.

Hell yes! Let's start up a BOYCOTT!!!

I wonder if people are still thinking that Pat Robertson's comment about Chavez was over the top.

This is a good pic, I'd be looking for a flyer of sorts so that I can tape it to the Citgo pumps, make it more serious and so that people see it and go to another gas station.

I just wanna be...a VIGILANTE!!!

I have to wonder if there are a lot of liberals out there who would counter a Citgo boycott by changing their habits to buying ONLY Citgo gas?

What do you think?
