Can they be deterred from use?

Can Iran be deterred from using nuclear weapons (new cold war?)

I voted "No" on your poll, but I'd like to add that I think Iran itself will not use nuclear weapons. Iran will give their nuclear weapons to terrorists who will use them on us.

When nukes are used on us, it will then become the responsibility of our government to hit Iran and North Korea with a hail of nuclear weapons.

If our government does not respond in this manner, then we need to refer to the Declaration of Independence:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government ..."
