CAIR Gets Judicial Whitewash

From Jihad Watch:
WASHINGTON (JTA) -- In a decision that could inhibit efforts to stigmatize some Islamic groups, a U.S. appeals court ordered that a lower court's reference to a group's association with Hamas be expunged.

The New Orleans-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit released its decision on an appeal from the North American Islamic Trust on Wednesday....

[...]

Among the other groups vindicated by Solis were the Council on American Islamic Relations and the Islamic Society of North America.

[...]

By clearing CAIR and ISNA of "unindicted co-conspirator" status, the unsealing of Solis' decision could have political consequences, as a number of conservative and pro-Israel groups had used the label to tar politicians associated with the groups....
Expect to hear more from CAIR and its spokesman, I guess. **sigh**

And I suppose that we can expect more events such as the firing of Juan Williams too. **sigh again**

Always On Watch,

Why would a U.S court do something like this?

Always On Watch,

Our best bet now is to find as many shocking anti democratic, anti non Muslims, Sharia supporting quotes from CAIR's members we can find and back them up with their sources. Those will never go away, despite CAIR's attempts to cover them up, or the mistake the court has made here.

Damien,
Why?

Bought and paid for is my first thought.

Always On Watch,

Do you think the judges were corrupt and took bribes and in return for the money did exactly what CAIR wanted? I mean if that can be proven, it would be almost be as good as if this never happened.
