OBAMA'S LAWYERS MAKE STRICT CONSTITUTIONALIST ARGUMENT IN SUPPORT OF "DON'T ASK, DON'T TELL"

From Bloomberg:
The Obama administration said the U.S. Supreme Court should let the military continue to bar openly gay people under the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy, arguing that a change in the law should come from Congress, not the courts.
So, all of the sudden, Obama's lawyers believe making law is the job of the Legislative branch of government, not the Judiciary? You know, exactly as the Constitution outlines the division of responsibility.

This is a stunning admission/oversight on their part.

They are, in effect, arguing against their own Supreme Court appointments, both of whom are "Living Constitutionalists" who believe it is entirely within the right of the Judiciary to make law.

Someone check the Earth's magnetic field. I believe the poles just switched.
