BLOGGER FJORDMAN QUESTIONED IN BREIVIK'S MURDEROUS OSLO RAMPAGE

From Tundra Tabloids:

NRK Anders Behring Breivik idol – blogger Fjordman – is currently being questioned by police. It confirms police attorney Paal-Fredrik Hjort Kraby to NRK

Published Today 15:31. Updated 3:55 p.m. today.

- He has been in questioning today at the police house in Oslo, he said.

Police have previously said they wanted to interrogate the person behind the online identity Fjordman.

The Islamic enemy blogger mentioned several times in the Behring Breivik’s manuscript, and mass murderer called Fjordman today’s best writer.

Status as a witness

Fjordman has previously stated to NRK that he wants to help the police if he can shed light on the terrorist attacks 22 July.

Today he showed up at the police station in Oslo.

- He has been in questioning today at the police house in Oslo after we assured us that we had the man with the right identity, say police lawyer Kraby to NRK.

- What he said in interviews?- We do not want to go into detail about what he said, but he had status as a witness and we had a long and straightforward explanation from him on the questions we had, say Kraby.
The police would rather not talk about who the mystery blogger is. Neither the name, age or residence they go out with.

Fjordman has previously stated to NRK.no that he fears for his life if his identity is known.

Fjordman center for police

Fjordman is Behring Breivik’s ideological inspiration, but blogger even says he strongly opposes terrorist acts.
Yet the police at the man as an important witness in the case.

- When he entered in this so-called manifesto, it is clear that he is central to us. He is especially key when he added the weight he is by the defendant, and we will examine what impact the person may have had on the accused, said Kraby.

Fjordman is referred to as a hero figure in the so-called anti-jihad community on the Internet.

Blogger thinks it’s just a matter of time before the mass immigration of Muslims will lead to full civil war in Europe.

He is also convinced that Western elites are using immigration as a weapon to achieve a new global world order.

Extensive investigation

Police Attorney Kraby will not say whether they look at Fjordman as part of a larger right extreme networks in Norway, but says that they follow up the track from Behring Breivik’s writings.

- From the information set forth in the so-called manifesto, there is reason to investigate further, but after hearing there was no reason to change his status as a witness, said Kraby.
Police have also created a special unit investigating blogs and other social media Behring Breivik named in the document.
So, they don't consider him to be a suspect. They do not consider him to be anything more than a witness, which he was, in the sense that, according to Fjordman himself, Breivik DID contact him at one time.

His message goes out this way at the expense of safety. It's the price we pay as solders the truth. When you go into battle you expose yourself. Geert Wilders has already been in court defending himself, and many will follow; some will win and some will lose. Pray for Fjordman's safety.

IMHO, his "messsage" is bigotry, contextual abuse and ecouraging hatred.

Wilders is not in prison or booted out of politics because of archaic Dutch laws, nothing else.

If my prayers are for Fjordman, it is that he realises that two wrongs NEVER make a right.

A last comment, which is more O/T than the first commenter, if Fjordman never openly encouraged or supported the aims of the Norway killer, then he has nothing to be afraid of...

Anyone who knows the truth and will not deny it is branded a bigot by the progressives. So I suppose Fjordman is a bigot who knows the truth of what is taking place in Europe, i.e. it's conquest by Islam.

Example, the Eurabia Myth. The basic tenant of Eurabia Myth is that Islam is taking over Europe though domination via population growth and stealth Sharia.

Reality: Immigration, general or by Muslims, have a higher birthrate for the first generation and then fall into line with the general population trend from the next generation onwards. In fact the only groups that fall below the general population trend are those of Turkish origin in The Netherlands in Germany and France.

Reality, adoption of Sharia-styled courts in two Western contries - the United Kingdom (England & Scotland only) and France are for "family & community disputes" WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK of the host country's laws and subject to full appeal processes.

Reality, there is no war between any Western nation with any Muslim nation (other than the conflict in Libya. Though certain Muslim groups have declared a war against the West, no nation has. To have " it's conquest by Islam" it requires a war and invasion, none of which is happening.

The reality is that there are those who for personal fame, political or even religious agendas, chose to fabricate, exagerate or contextually abuse social unrest, nationalism, popularism and the war on terror.

IMHO Fjordman is one of them. He is most certainly gifted in writing and will do copius amounts of cut & paste and ascertions, but like Robert Spencer, in the end they are based on either his own interpretation or the interpretation of radicals only, of which remains fringe, albiet dangerous and yes, even influential from a militancy point of view.

Damien DQ,
Pity that we don't have a crystal ball to see what the future really holds. With such a crystal ball, we wouldn't have to say later, "Well, hindsight is always 20/20."

AOW, every intolerant dictator, nationalist, popularist and bigot has used the term - "the future will prove me right" and it has been the ultimate fall for most.

Contextual abuse in fact relies on two factors, that of using parts of truths to justify a true statement and relying heavily on the unknown, such as what the future "might" bring but avoiding even using the "might" element.

Let us work on the facts of the past and today to justify our actions of the future.

I have absolutely no respect for contextual abusers like Fjordman, Spencer, Wilders or in fact the leaders of Hamas, Al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, or popularists like the EDL, BNP, Front Nationale, etc, etc, and so forth.

My motto which I admit to using ad nauseum, is "two wrongs never make a right".

Damien,
You write: adoption of Sharia-styled courts in two Western contries - the United Kingdom (England & Scotland only) and France are for "family & community disputes" WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK of the host country's laws and subject to full appeal processes.

I respond: You know those courts are backed up, in many cases, by threats and outright thuggery, to intimidate women into refraining from appealing their cases to real courts, in the case that the Sharia courts hand down an unlawful decision.

Don't play naive.

D Charles QC said...

You suggest over these courts that I am playing naive. Let me respond to you in one fashion to get "my drift". As you can imagine through my office, I read Councel (my Bar Assoiciation Journal), Public Law (another journal), Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice, and the Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal. All of these are peer journals, not even the official legislative items that flow through my desk regularly. The peer journals are about as clear, black & white, sharply critical and of course legally correct as one can imagine.

These courts we are discussing are binding within the laws and legislations, they do not follow some other law. It is a social agreement between the State and the Muslim Community in regards to any Sharia-law that also complies with our own. They are subject to appeals.

Personally I do not like or support it, because in these cases, why not have a Judge or Administrator implement them regardless and in the process show respect for the laws. There are a lot of rumours going around that women's rights are not supported, that is not the case, rights of ownership, inheritance and divorce is set standard under the various acts both in the UK and in France. Even one case would be jumped on by not only the media but these peer journals and you would see a lawyers strike instantly.

I should add, that the appeals process based on these courts are 23 per cent higher than the non-Muslim equivelants in the UK (local Shire tribunals) and that tells me that there is an attempt to abuse and that barristers will imediately appeal and win.

sure there is a lot to go, I disagree with the idea, but if local Shires can do it, why not religous groups??

Your second point regarding Saudi hate literature. Yes it stinks and like across the water in Morocco, locals are wondering why we in the west tolerate it. It still represents an issue, albiet a BIG ISSUE that needs to be tackled, but I am not being disingenuous at all, I am not blowing the issue out of context into a different social/political sphere altogether which I believe you are.

That issue should be tackled, condemned furiously and it is time that the United States disbands CAIR, kicks out foreign Imams and Mullahs who show foreign allegances. We should be doing the same. For me Muslims can be Muslims, thrive and grow, but if they do not show their allegance to the country that they live in, they deserve to be targetted, sanctioned, deported (if legal) and subject to suspicion until otherwise. It is not Islam, this is politics. Al Qaeda is political, The Brotherhood is political, Iran's Revolutionary Guard, Hamas and Hezbollah are all political organisations primarily, with Islam as the excuse. Not the other way round.

Damien,
So are you saying that a woman's inheritance is not half that of a man in a Sharia court in the UK? Or does the UK allow for a woman to inherit just half that of a man?

D Charles QC said...

No, a women is entitled to a full inheretance in the UK based upon the Will and Probate Law only. Having said that, and this is how the problems can begin, without the existance of a Will, it is legal for a woman to "agree" to accepting a lesser amount. That exists in our Common Law and thus can through pressure from family or community upon that woman in a Sharia run situation. I am sure that happens all the time and in fact there are disputes and cases of family pressure all the time on cases.

I assume that France has the same situation.

Pastorius said...

Gotcha.

Makes sense.

And, that is, in my opinion, a form of "creeping Sharia". In other words, it makes common that which should not be tolerated; i.e. the notion that women are worth half that of a man.

But, yeah, how do you argue against it, when all of society is trivializing marriage to such an extent now anyway.

D Charles QC said...

how do you argue against it? Community education. I noted a few years back the Jahovah Witness community in Suffolk (a big community I am told) used the same arguments to ensure their faith's practices resulted in similar fashion. I guess the pull of a faith is strong in its standards, do you not have such issues in Utah and Idaho?

I would not call it creeping Sharia because they all will do it - all being conservative religous minorities. But certainly it is creeping ultra-conservatism.
