Media reporting that Egyptian troops killed a pro morsi protester

At least 1 dead after Egyptian troops fire on protesters

According to the media, Egyptian troops killed a pro morsi protester. But take a look at this video.

Nico has translated the page with the video:

The facebook page seems to be saying (again, my Arabic is not so good) that the Brotherhood shot the guy to blame it on the army.

Same sh*t happens in Gaza and Judea and Samaria where Arabs kill their own people and then blame it on the Israeli military.

Problem for the MB here is that the Egyptians mostly like their military.

The problem for the army is that Muslims usually run with rumors and whoever is the first to accuse usually wins the argument both with Muslims and the Western media.

The video does seem to suggest that one of the protesters shot the guy in the back of the head. He doesn't fall as if the military shot him from the vehicle (I am not expert, just making observations, someone who knows better can hopefully correct me if I'm wrong).

Hmm, Boston.com where I found the news story about the military supposedly shooting the protester (my link) has cut the story. Maybe they have come to realize that it may not be true.

But Fox News is now carrying it.

Egyptian troops reportedly open fire on Morsi supporters as thousands protest

They have included the denials by the military.

PS: Today's Friday. Hope the Copts don't have to pay with their lives for BS between Muslims.

Yes, I too hope the Copts come out of this safely.
