The French, over time, have allowed self ruled enclaves of those who
wish the Jews ill in every way, AND ACT ON THAT WISH, to become DOMINANT
and if not ASCENDANT in EFFECT in their nation.
The French have LITERALLY told the Jews ‘well, don’t wear a yarmulke and make it obvious you are a Jew. Take different routes to your synagogues’.
In general they have done little to nothing PROACTIVELY to protect the French citizens who happen to be Jewish. Why that is so, DOESN’T MATTER AT ALL.
Now even though Jews have been expelled from France 4 times and the french cooperated with the Nazis rounding up Jews in WW2, they are not going OUT OF THEIR WAY to get the Jews today.
They are simply letting nature (ie - IGNORANCE AND BRUTALITY) take its course while they have better things to do.

France is a busy place and they have a lot to do, so if those Muslims who are in their ‘no go’ enclaves come out and cap a few kikes every now and then, why should they turn the state upside down?

As I've been writing on this blog and others since 2004, European anti-Semitism has not changed.
They simply found someone else to do their dirty work for them.
