Culturist Policy Article # 7 –Culturist Rights and Individual Rights

Culturism (cǔl-chər-ǐz-əm) n. The philosophy, art, and science that values, promotes and protects majority cultures.

Culturist (cǔl-chər-ǐst) n. 1. An advocate of culturism. 2. One who engages in the arts or sciences of managing and protecting majority cultures. 3. Adj. Of or pertaining to culturism, culturists or culturist policy.

--   --    -    --    --    --    --    -
Culturist Rights and Welfare
People whose actions are blatantly irresponsible should lose their welfare benefits.

You have an individual right to make babies with several men; society has a right to not subsidize such irresponsibility.

To those who worry about the children; indiscriminately subsidizing single-parenthood has undermined the African – American family and, ultimately, hurts the poor.

Western governments must stop all subsidies to polygamous families. This practice is anti-western.  Those who engage in such arrangements should be imprisoned.

Fault Free Divorce Laws Should be Reconsidered
Divorce laws should aim at strengthening families.  On the whole, single-parent homes are much worse for children.  Children’s rights contextualize parent’s rights.

Gay Marriage Rights
Individual rights do not automatically trump society’s culturist rights.  Society’s morals, traditions, and marriage rates must have standing.

While culturists of good will may disagree over gay marriage, none would enter this discussion without considering the potential impact on the health of our culture.

Dewsbury, UK: Where The Ice Cream Lady Wears A Burka, Pubs Turned Into Mosques

From the Daily Mail:
Jean Wood is determined to spend the rest of her days in Savile Town, a small enclave of terraced streets in the once proud Yorkshire wool town of Dewsbury. This is where she grew up, went to the grammar school and got married at the nearby handsome parish church nearly half a century ago.
A widow of 75, she likes to visit her grandchildren and tend the flower-filled garden of her detached house on a steep road leading down to the area’s community recreation ground, where the cricket club was once the boast of Savile Town.
Few of her friends or relatives live in this part of town any more. Jean is one of only 48 white Britons who have stayed on, while all the other 4,033 Savile Town residents, according to the latest 2011 census, are of Pakistani or Indian heritage.
Their forebears were enticed here as cheap paid labour for back-breaking jobs in the wool mills in the late 1950s. Hard-working, they were soon buying up the terraced houses, building their own mosques and opening corner shops selling burkas, prayer mats and perfumes containing no alcohol, in line with the strict teachings of the Islamic Holy Book the Koran.
Today, it has gained another kind of terrifying notoriety. First, the leader of the gang of four bombers who attacked London on July 7, 2005, came from here. When Mohammad Sidique Khan bade farewell to his pregnant wife on the morning he led his fellow attackers to the capital to claim 52 innocent lives in explosions on Tube trains and a bus, it was from a council house in a quiet cul-de-sac not far from Jean’s house.
Next came Britain’s youngest convicted terrorist, Hammaad Munshi. He was arrested in 2006 when he was 16 while walking home from the local comprehensive carrying two bags of ball bearings – a key component of a suicide vest.
Police later found a guide to explosives and notes on martyrdom in his bedroom.
Yet can everything be blamed on the internet? Others believe much of Savile Town, now one of the most racially segregated places in Britain, has become so dangerously steeped in a violent brand of Islam that young men there are encouraged to be suspicious of, and even hate, the West.
When I visited recently, as families played on the recreation ground where the cricket pavilion was torn down long ago, almost everyone seemed to be Muslim. Even the woman serving ice cream from a van bearing the slogan ‘Nice and Creamy, Cool and Dreamy’ was wearing a burka so extensively covering her face that even her eyes were hardly visible.
And almost every girl waiting their turn in the queue was clad in Islamic robes, including those of five, six and seven. Not far away there is a Sharia Court which was criticised recently in a House of Lords report for discriminating against women in the matrimonial disputes it oversees.
The area has several private madrassas – Islamic schools where young boys (and some girls) learn the Koran by heart.
Today only two pubs remain out of the nine that once dotted the streets. The others have either been demolished or turned into mosques. Towering over the street where Jean Wood was raised is the giant Markazi mosque. It was built in the 1980s with Saudi Arabian money on a piece of land where the local bowling green club stood and locals used to tend their allotments.
Now it is the European headquarters of Tablighi Jamaat, a global Islamic missionary movement with an austere, ultra-conservative religious creed nurturing the belief that British values pose a threat to Muslims.
One of Tablighi Jamaat’s leading advocates, the scholar Ebrahim Rangooni, has proclaimed that the movement’s purpose is to rescue Muslims ‘from the culture and civilisation of the Jews, the Christians and other enemies of Islam.’

Sheriff’s Office on alert because of anti-Islam barbecue in Colorado Springs area

Sheriff’s Office on alert because of anti-Islam barbecue in Colorado Springs area
An upcoming weekend barbecue hosted by a local motorcycle club to protest the Islamic holiday Ramadan has the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office ready to provide “extra man power” at the event.
A flier obtained by The Gazette says the Colorado Springs chapter of the Infidels Motorcycle Club is hosting an “open bike party” and “pig roast” – titled “In Defiance of the Islamic Holiday of Ramadan” – at the group’s headquarters northwest of Peterson Air Force base in the Cimarron Hills area.
The motorcycle club is made up of veterans, according to its website.
A notice from the Sheriff’s Office to its deputies said military police found copies of the flier posted around Fort Carson in an attempt to “negatively” impact Muslim military members and their families who are observing Ramadan.
The fliers were immediately taken down.
Another Motorcycle Club in Alabama is doing the same thing.

Russia warns Sweden it will face military action if it joins Nato

Russia warns Sweden it will face military action if it joins Nato
Russia would take military “countermeasures” if Sweden were to join Nato, according to the Russian ambassodor.
In an interview with Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter, Viktor Tatarinstev warned against joining the Nato alliance, saying there would be “consequences”.
Decrying what he called an “aggressive propaganda campaign” by the media, Tatarinstev stressed that “Sweden is not a target for our armed troops”.
But with a recent surge of Swedish support for joining Nato, the ambassador said: “If it happens, there will be counter measures.

Wilders blames sabotage for failure to broadcast Mohammed cartoons - BUT HERE'S THE SHOW

Wilders blames sabotage for failure to broadcast Mohammed cartoons
The national public broadcasting company NPO is investigating why a party political broadcast by the PVV showing anti-Mohammed drawings was not transmitted as planned.
PVV leader Geert Wilders pledged to show the drawings during the broadcast but instead an old item was aired instead.
Wilders has accused the public broadcaster of sabotage and has now placed the item featuring the cartoons, which is 2.45 minutes long, on YouTube.
The video is due to be broadcast twice more later this month.

My .02 on the South Carolina Killings

You wanna know how you stop the killings like in SC?

Stop this:

First, the scumbag bought a gun at a gun store and PASSED a background check. How the hell could he do that with a drug conviction? So much for that gun control plan.

Second, his roommate knew for months he was planning this and said nothing. Probably agreed with him.

Third, the church was a ‘gun-free’ zone. Basically saying “come shoot us up” just like schools and commercial establishments that tout it. Might as well hang out a sign and say “Rob or kill us”. You see the scumbag didn’t go and try and shoot up the HQ of the Black Panthers or Farrakhan. Wonder why.

Fourth, from almost day one of the racist in the White house, he has stoked the fires of racism and hate by injecting himself into any black/white incident – but never say anything about the hundreds of black killed each month in Chicago and other Democrat run cities/states with stringent gun control.

Fifth, the racist MSNBC and the so called black leadership like that tax evader and shakedown artist Reverend Al Sharpton. Revered my ass.

Sixth, helping our racist-in-chief and his administration with their racist rhetoric, the MSM has been promoting the narrative of a race war in this country – and they will get it this summer.

Muslims Banned From Fasting During Ramadan – Local Leader Warns Of Resistance To Chinese Rule

This is the equivalent of banning guns because people kill people. Instead of dealing with the real problem of why Muslims commit Jihad (because the Koran tells them to), the Chinese are banning fasting.

Religious people all over the world have been fasting for thousands of years. Only Muslims commit violence en masse during their season of fasting.

Muslims Banned From Fasting During Ramadan – Local Leader Warns Of Resistance To Chinese Rule

In a crackdown against “religious extremism” civil servants, students and teachers in China’s Xinjiang region, home to the mostly Muslim Uighur minority, have again been banned by the Chinese government from fasting during Ramadan. Muslims are generally required to fast from dawn to dusk during the Islamic holy month which began yesterday evening, but China’s ruling Communist party is officially atheist and has restricted the practice in Xinjiang for several years. Human rights groups have labeled the ban “religious repression” aimed at preventing Muslims from “instilling religion” into public bodies.

UK Prime Minister Says, Muslims helping jihadis: Communities must stop ‘quietly condoning’ barbaric ISIS

UK Muslims helping jihadis, says Cameron: Communities must stop ‘quietly condoning’ barbaric ISIS, PM warns in blunt speech
Too many British Muslims ‘quietly condone’ extremism, David Cameron will say today. In a blunt speech, he will urge families to speak out against the ‘poisonous ideology’ driving hundreds of young people to wage jihad for Islamic State.
The Prime Minister will also call for parents to stop blaming police and the security services for failing to prevent British teenagers heading to Syria.
Parts of the Muslim community are guilty of normalising hatred of democracy and western values, he warns – making it easier for violent extremism to take hold.
At the weekend, 17-year-old Talha Asmal became Britain’s youngest suicide bomber when he detonated a car loaded with explosives in the northern Iraqi town of Baiji.

Clear Channel runs ad praising Muhammad, refuses ad criticizing Muhammad

From Jihad Watch:
Clear Channel readily ran atheist ads criticizing belief in God in general, and had no trouble running “Palestinian” anti-Israel hate propaganda, but quoting words attributed to Muhammad that might make Americans less ignorant and complacent regarding the jihad threat? No way.
It is not illegal in the United States, not yet anyway, to think that Muhammad was something less than the perfect example for all human conduct that the Qur’an says he is (33:21). Criticism of Muhammad is forbidden in Islamic law, not American law. And it is, of course, the goal of all jihad groups to compel non-Muslims to obey Islamic law.

Chad Bans The Burqa

Burn The Burqas

From the BBC via Astute Bloggers:
Chad has banned people from wearing the full-face veil, following two suicide bomb attacks on Monday.
Chad's government accused Nigerian militant Islamist group Boko Haram of the bombings which killed more than 20 people.
The prime minister said the veil was used as a "camouflage" by militants and said the security forces will burn all full-face veils sold in markets.

‘America has taken on a foe 5,000-strong. It has killed 10,000 of them. There are only 20,000 left’

‘America has taken on a foe 5,000-strong. It has killed 10,000 of them. There are only 20,000 left’
There is something alarming, however, about the boasts of success. For all the deaths and injuries of top leaders, Al-Qaeda and Islamic State now control more territory than they have ever done. The hydra has simply grown more heads.
The civil war in Yemen, between the Iran-backed Houthis and the western-backed recognised government of President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi, has allowed Wuhayshi’s Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula to extend its control.
Al-Qaeda – through its local affiliate Jabhat al-Nusra – and Isil control more than half of Syrian territory, in terms of raw geography (population is a different matter).
Isil controls western Iraq, and parts of Libya.
Last month, a senior US state department official defended America’s conduct of the various “wars on terror” by claiming that 10,000 Isil jihadis had been killed since last summer.

Global conflicts ‘cost 13% of world GDP’

Conflicts around the world cost $14.3tn (£9.1tn) last year, 13% of world GDP, says a survey on global peace. That amount is equivalent to the combined economies of Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom, the report by the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP) said. The divide between the most peaceful and the least peaceful nations was deepening, the annual report added.
What percentage of the conflicts around the world involve Muslims?

Obama Knew Bergdahl Was a Muslim Buttschlurper

Just as President Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton knew the night of the Benghazi terrorist attack on September 11, 2012, that the attack on our diplomatic mission there was a preplanned terrorist attack, it has now become known that President Obama knew in real time that Bowe Bergdahl in fact was a deserter who abandoned his post in the Afghanistan war zone.
Bergdahl walked away from his comrades and his military responsibilities in June 2009 after he finished his guard shift at an outpost in Southeastern Afghanistan’s Paktika Province. And his fellow soldiers knew at the time Bowe Bergdahl was a deserter
“I was pissed off then and I am even more so now with everything going on,” said former Sergeant Matt Vierkant, a member of Bergdahl’s platoon when he went missing on June 30, 2009. “Bowe Bergdahl deserted during a time of war and his fellow Americans lost their lives searching for him.”

Waco Biker Massacre: Killeen couple adjusting after Waco detention

From KDH News:
Ester and Walter Weaver say they are not criminals. “I don’t even have so much as a speeding ticket to my name. Ever,” said Walter Weaver, an analyst at Fort Hood. “I’ve been driving since 1975.”
But as they adjust to life after spending more than two weeks in jail following the May 17 Waco biker shootout, the Weavers are still reeling from their experience.
“I was in the parking lot,” Walter said. “I was looking for (Ester). I didn’t see anything occur. I just heard the bullets. I’ve been a soldier since I was 18 years old. My first thought was, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me. This is like being in downtown Baghdad.’
“All I could hear was bullets going off. Then it was get down and get the wife down. It was astonishing that this was in the middle of Texas.”
Once the bullets stopped flying in the parking lot of Twin Peaks in Waco on May 17, the Weavers were swept up in a police dragnet 170 strong.
Many attorneys have called the mass arrests unconstitutional and unprecedented. “The sheer amount of people that they pulled in did surprise me,” said Lewis Giles, the Weavers’ attorney. “And the fact that it didn’t seem like they could have done any investigation into all of those people.”
As he sat on the curb next to his wife, Walter said he thought the police simply wanted to speak to witnesses.
“My impression was we were being detained so we could be witnesses to whatever we did or didn’t see,” he said. “I thought we would be questioned and ‘OK, what did you see?’ and we’d make some kind of a witness statement.”
But police weren’t interested in taking witness statements. Instead, the two were handcuffed and made to wait in the sun for hours before they were thrown in jail without being Mirandized.
“Last month, if you had told me that this could have occurred to us in the state of Texas, I would have called you a liar,” Walter said. “That just can’t happen.”
But it did.
As they sat in the sun before being whisked off to one of two McLennan County jails, Walter said police didn’t provide water or food to detainees for several hours. When food or water was provided, detainees had to eat with their hands cuffed behind their backs.
“I’m a soldier,” Walter said. “I’ve been in some pretty ugly conditions in some pretty crappy parts of the world. But to see (Ester) sitting over there flex-cuffed, trying to nibble on a piece of chicken — that was pretty horrible — having to sit there and watch that.”
As they were at Twin Peaks to eat lunch, Ester said they hadn’t eaten since dinner the previous day. “I think it was about 10, 10:30 at night is when I finally asked if we could get something to eat because we hadn’t eaten anything,” she said.
‘No clue’ about charges
Once they got to jail, Walter said he was clueless as to what he was being charged with.
“‘Shut up. We don’t want to hear what you’re saying,’” Walter said McLennan County’s corrections officers told him.
“You’d ask them ‘Why am I here? What am I being charged with? What’s going on?’ They just kind of (ignored us).”
Walter said he shared cells with businessmen from Dallas, weekend racers from College Station and two Bandidos club members who were “astonished and had no clue” as to why they were being detained.
“There were a whole bunch of people in there,” he said.

Waco Biker Massacre: Lawsuit Filed By Don Carlos Restaurants Claims "Thousands of Rounds" Were Fired, Police Claim They Only Fired 12 Rounds

The discrepancy is mind-boggling.

From Courthouse News Service:
DALLAS (CN) - A neighboring restaurant has filed the first lawsuit against the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco where a deadly shootout between rival biker gangs broke out on Sunday.
Don Carlos Restaurant and Waco-based franchisee DC Waco Restaurant, Inc. sued Peaktastic Beverage, LLC, which does business as Twin Peaks Restaurant, Addison-based corporate parent Front Burner Restaurants GP, LLC, and Twin Restaurant Investment Co., LLC in county court on Thursday.
The plaintiff claims Twin Peaks "disregarded basic common sense and ordinary prudence" by inviting the armed rival gang members to a meeting where alcohol was served.
"Twin Peaks has been repeatedly warned by law enforcement that such meetings were not wise, and that violence could likely result," the eight-page complaint states.
"This was part of a nationwide program by the corporate franchisor that encouraged such events. Because of decisions that defy common sense, not only has the Twin Peaks lost its liquor license and franchise rights, but nine people are dead and at least 18 are wounded."
The plaintiff argues it has suffered "as further fallout from these imprudent and unreasonable decisions." It has yet to open since the shootout, saying police closed businesses immediately surrounding Twin Peaks.
"Patrons of plaintiff's place of business were trapped inside the establishment as thousands of bullet rounds were fired by law enforcement officials and gang members," the complaint states. "Law enforcement agents used plaintiff's porch and surrounding walls to protect themselves from incoming fire. At least four cars in the parking lot of plaintiff's place of business now have multiple bullet holes in them."
So, if the cops only fired 12 rounds, that means Bikers fired the other "thousands".

I guess the Police were feeling extra Zen that day, right?

Shock: Hillary Clinton Did Not Turn Over Subpoenaed Benghazi Emails

"I've Heard a Rumor From Ground Control"

From Ace of Spades:
We only know this because the Benghazi Committee has subpoenaed Hillary consiglierte (and Clinton Foundation employee, natch) Sidney Bluementhal for his correspondence with Hillary about Benghazi -- and, get this, Blumenthal turned over more Hillary emails than State did.
But these emails had been previously subpoenaed -- not from Sidney Blumenthal, but from Hillary Clinton. Or, rather, from State, which had been assumed until recently to have Hillary's emails in their possession.
Either State had these emails and decided to thwart the Committee, or, even more likely, State never had them, because Hillary never turned them over to State.

French Prime Minister: "We Must Say This is Not Islam ... "

He very specifically enumerates some of the major problems that come along with Islam, and then says they have nothing to do with Islam.

From AFP:
French Prime Minister Manuel Valls stressed on Monday there was no link between extremism and Islam, as he opened a conference aimed at improving ties with France’s large Muslim community.
“We must say all of this is not Islam,” said Valls. “The hate speech, anti-Semitism that hides behind anti-Zionism and hate for Israel… the self-proclaimed imams in our neighbourhoods and our prisons who are promoting violence and terrorism.”
Five months after the jihadist attacks in Paris that killed 17 people and shocked the world, the government will hold a series of meetings with top officials from the roughly five million-strong Muslim community, the largest in Europe.

"World War III Is Already Here - We Can Not Imagine What Will Happen"

World War III is already here. It takes place between the West and other states on one hand and terrorist groups and IS on the other hand – and it will only escalate, says peace and conflict researcher and professor of intelligence analysis, Wilhelm Agrell, to the Swedish newspaperAftonbladet.
– We are in something that can best be understood as a world war.
“When will World War III start”? “Was the question in the P1 radio program “Philosophical room” a few weeks ago.
Both Wilhelm Agrell, Professor of intelligence analysis and Kristian Gerner, a history professor, in the program agreed that the conflicts we now see in the Middle East, North Africa and terrorism in Europe should be designated as a world war.

France basilica fire: Saint-Donatien in Nantes in ruins

France basilica fire: Saint-Donatien in Nantes in ruins
A huge fire has destroyed part of the 19th Century basilica of Saint-Donatien in the French city of Nantes.
The blaze broke out on Monday after morning Mass, with worshippers evacuated from the building, Rev Benoit Bertrand told local media.
Around 40 firefighters worked to extinguish the flames, which are believed to have originated on the roof where work was being carried out.
Two workers escaped from the top of the building unharmed.
The Mayor of Nantes, Johanna Rolland, said the basilica was "an important symbol" for the Catholic community.
In a statement on Facebook (in French) she also thanked firefighters for their "rapid and brave action".
The blaze broke out at around 10:30 local time (08:30 GMT) and may have been linked to "waterproofing work", according to the city's chief fire officer.

UPDATED AT BOTTOM OF POST --- More on the Wace Biker Massacre: Arrested biker responds to Waco PD and the Twin Peaks Shootout

Press Conference does not begin until about the 3:40 mark. A minute or so in, there is a audio interruption for another minute or so. After that, the audio begins working again.

This is important stuff.

Important take away: "Generally speaking, I am extremely pro-Law Enforcement, pro-Military ... but having served as a Judge, and looked at the facts of this case compared to the law, there are just some things wrong with this case."

The Judge then proceeds to call for the Dept. of Justice to intercede.

One thing that comes out of the biker's story here is that the cops took the bikers into custody, having told them they needed them merely to give a statement, and then they'd be free to go.

Apparently these bikers were told only that they were being "arrested on probably cause."

Apparently, four weeks later, they still have not seen a Judge.

They did, at some point, see a "Magistrate", or "Justice of the Peace", who told them they were "being charged with engaging in Organized Criminal Activity" and that bail was being set at $1 million.

At about the 27:00 minute mark, Clenenden, the biker, begins to attempt to talk about building his business, and how he has built his reputation in the community, and how the "careless response" of the Justice System has "ruined" the life he has "worked so hard for."

He is completely overcome with emotion. He does not look like an angry man, or a broken man. But he does look like a shocked and devastated man.

Then Clendenden discusses how the Waco PD has taken a "guilty until proven innocent" strategy here.

UPDATE - From the Aging Rebel:
Within the last week, as more of the accused have been released from jail, a third version of events has begun to emerge. It portrays the Twin Peaks Massacre as a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives operation gone horribly wrong.
Multiple eyewitnesses, speaking on condition of anonymity because they believe what they know places them in danger from the police, portray the Cossacks as an easy club for ATF agents to infiltrate and exploit.
“The Cossacks are known to hand out patches to people without prospecting, short prospecting periods, some as little as a week, or proper background investigation to bolster their numbers. That obviously makes them pretty easy to infiltrate,” one source said.
“They’re right up there with the Iron Order (a "Motorcycle Club that many believe is a front for Law Enforcement"), and take many pictures similar to the Iron Order style. And like the IO, they seem to have no problem patching in cops and corrections officers.”
Multiple sources who The Aging Rebel believes to be credible have independently stated that they saw two Cossacks take off their cuts and put on police windbreakers and balaclavas.
The Aging Rebel has confirmed that ATF agents were at the Twin Peaks before and after the shooting occurred. And numerous news outlets have reported that multiple eyewitnesses heard two or three pistol shots which were then followed by automatic weapons fire.
Other sources have stated that at least two and possibly more confidential informants working under contract for the ATF were arrested and quietly released that night. The world’s news outlets have largely ignored this clash of narratives.
As far as most reporters and editors are concerned, the Waco story is yesterday’s news. It will probably be remembered as a spectacular biker brawl. The news cycle is too rushed to look much deeper than that.
Some important thoughts to consider from various commenters:
They change their stories faster than their underwear. First it was four officers fired, then fourteen and those were on admin. leave. Now it is three officers fired twelve shots. Don Carlos (restaurant) claims it was thousands of rounds damaging their building and customers cars.
In the first days following the massacre Twin Peaks employees were on social media complaining they couldn’t get their cars or phones back. Why did they need to seize the phones of the employees and customers?
I watched a video of Stroman’s entire Friday press briefing. He left some wiggle room on the statement about only 12 shots being fired by Waco PD. That seems to be based solely on the number of police shell casings they’ve found.
Paraphrasing, he said that only 12 shell casings were found that came from police guns, so that as far they knew at this time, Waco PD only fired 12 times. No words about officer or witness statements corroborating how many times they fired.
Any chance they might have cleaned up a little before they started counting? Or maybe it was 12 (whoops) magazines?

Waco Biker Massacre: The Narrative Unravels

From Breitbart:
Four weeks after the deadly May 17th shooting incident outside a Waco Twin Peaks restaurant, more details have come out concerning the incident, but significant questions still remain about the actions taken by law enforcement and the police’s account of what transpired.
Although the national mainstream media has largely moved on from the Waco story, if critics of the police are correct, the incident represents an unprecedented civil rights violation and media cover-up campaign by the Waco authorities.
Police in Waco still have yet to state how many bikers, if any, were killed by the police, or to explain why the police showed up in force at all prior to the meeting on May 17th.
In a statement on Friday, the police said that of 16 officers that were in the parking lot, only three fired a total of 12 shots. However, the statement still didn’t clarify how many of the bikers were killed by police. Authorities say they have not recieved final autopsy results that would clarify ballistics.
Then there’s the issue of the vague charges and mass arrests: if innocent people were arrested, held for weeks, and publicly accused of heinous crimes, it’s a nightmare scenario for dozens of people, impacting their work, family and personal reputations.
There are mounting reasons to believe that’s what happened.
As the AP reported on May 22nd, over 115 of the men taken into custody had no criminal record but were still held on $1,000,000 bond, for what have been called ‘fill in the name” charges of engaging in organized criminal activity: Waco police have said that all those arrested after the shooting belonged to criminal motorcycle gangs.
Most of them were being held on $1 million bonds Thursday, charged with engaging in criminal enterprise.
Although dozens of those arrested do have criminal records, 117 did not have any convictions listed under their names and birthdates in a database maintained by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The database also shows five of the people killed had convictions in Texas.
One example of how the police seem to have ignored the line between biker groups with known criminal connections, and non-criminal motorcyclists, involves four men from the Austin area who were part of a motorcycle club called the Grim Guardians: Juan Garcia, Drew King, Jim Harris and Bonar Crump. There is nothing at all to indicate the Grim Guardians are anything more than what they claim to be: a group of Christian motorcyclists committed to helping children.
Austin police do not have the Grim Guardians listed as a criminal biker gang. The Grim Guardians motorcycle club is an offshoot from a group called Guardians of Children that Garcia, King, Harris and Crump all belonged to. The Guardians are focused on helping victims of child abuse, often visiting children and conducting charity rides.
A February 2014 article in the Seguin Gazette shows Crump posing with other Guardians of Children as they gathered to help abuse victims in Guadalupe County. Nor do the Grim Guardians’ backgrounds indicate criminality. Garcia has an engineering degree and worked for the city of Austin. Crump graduated from Baylor University with a degree in English, and from Oklahoma Baptist University with a history degree, and he owns his own business.
However, since the four were arrested, the incident has cast a shadow over their lives, because the Waco authorities immediately took a “Guilty Until Proven Innocent” attitude.
Grim Guardians members King, Harris and Garcia were featured in a previous Breitbart Texas story because they were arrested near the Twin Peaks scene, but hadn’t actually been there. They were given a smaller bond and then released, but once Waco officials realized they had been released, they ordered the trio re-arrested… before they were eventually released again.
In the initial press conference after the shooting, Waco Police described “three men” on their way to Twin Peaks who had been arrested, making it sound as though the three were en route to take part in a planned biker brawl.
However, now that a police incident report has surfaced, it appears King, Harris and Garcia were arrested for being at the scene, and wearing leather jackets with Grim Guardians patches.
There’s no indication that the police officer actually knew who the Grim Guardians are, or what they do. The police report says: While speaking with all three men as they sat in the grassy area, noticed tall three were wearing a black leather vest with several patches indicating they were a motorcycle club member.
All three had on a black leather vest and on the back of it had the name GRIM GUARDIAN, ROCKER on the top patch and in the center of the black leather vest had a round patch with the symbol of half of a skull on one side and half of a Viking helmet on the other. Also a small patch MC standing for motorcycle club and a bottom rocker patch stating the words SLAUGHTER CREEK, representing the part of the city they were from.
The smearing of criminal and non-criminal bikers doesn’t just extend to groups like the Grim Guardians. It may apply to individuals with connections to the two biker groups that have been identified as outlaw gangs involved in the Twin Peaks shootings: the Cossacks and the Bandidos.
After reports saying that one of the nine people killed – 65 year old decorated vet Jessie Delgado – had no criminal ties or club affiliation, a piece in the Dallas Morning News two weeks ago Friday raised new questions about another man killed.
The article says that Cossacks member Richard “Bear” Kirschner of Richardson had no criminal record, and that he drove to the Waco event with his wife, in their family car. The Morning News piece quotes friends of Kirschner who praise him as a gentle family man, but also includes a quote from “Lori,” a friend of Kirschner, who echoed some of the rumors swirling as more doubts are raised about the police account of the Twin Peaks incident.
In fact, Lori said, the biker community is rife with reports about witnesses who heard the discharge of lots of high-powered weaponry after a few initial pop-pop sounds of handguns.
The reports sounded like they came from “muzzled or suppressed high-powered weapons,” said Lori, though she wasn’t there.
The theory is that the heavy fire came from tactical police officers. (…)
Isn’t it hard to identify supressed high-powered gunfire? Not for the biker community, many of whom are ex-military and have been around firearms a lot, Lori said.
Speaking of that day in Waco, she said, “The Leatherneck Club was there. Different mom and pop groups. The Foreign Legion riders group. Many of them were veterans. You learn to differentiate.”
The Waco police press release on Friday confirmed the use of suppressors.

Mind your own business!’ - UN official blasted for ordering Britain to take MORE refugees

“BRITAIN should be forced to take in more of the flood of migrants making their way across the Mediterranean, according to a senior UN official.
In a series of controversial remarks Peter Sutherland condemned the UK for not housing its fair share of people fleeing war and turmoil in North Africa and the Middle East.
His comments, which have been attacked by Tory MPs, came on the same day a survey was published showing that four in ten Britons want the Government to shut our borders to refugees completely.
Mr Sutherland, who is the UN secretary-general’s special representative on international migration, said British politicians risk creating a climate of “xenophobia and racism” because they have not done enough to explain the benefits of immigration.
He said: “Migration is something which won’t go away, it is something that we have to constructively engage with and not something that we should fear or that should create xenophobia and racism as it does in many societies around the world.
“The Germans and the Swedes are taking far more per capita than the United Kingdom, and a fair settlement of this issue on the basis of objective criteria – population, GDP, unemployment, whatever issues you think may be appropriate – seems to be a reasonable way of dealing with this.”
However furious Tories rounded on the Irish politician, who is also a chairman of Goldman Sachs International, telling him Britain’s immigration policy is “none of his business”.
Andrew Percy, the MP for Brigg and Goole, raged: “These United Nations people should stop mouthing off about things that are none of their business. They are unelected; they don’t represent anyone and they should stop what seems to be a very anti-British sentiment.
“What is happening in the Mediterranean is incredibly sad, but the only beneficiary of this policy of taking in more migrants would be the people smugglers who profit from this horror.
Andrew Mitchell, the former international development secretary, dismissed his comments and said Britain had contributed more humanitarian support to tackle the migrant process than “practically the whole of the EU.
“We are putting our shoulder to the wheel. Were the Government to start welcoming migration from Syria and some of these very difficult places in Africa, public support for Britain’s development policy would start to evaporate.”
The row comes after a survey by charity Islamic Relief showed that almost half of people think Britain should not take in people fleeing Syria and other Middle Eastern countries.
The charity’s director, Jehangir Malik, said the results show the public’s attitude towards migrants has “hardened” significantly in recent years.
There were chaotic scenes at the French-Italian border at the weekend after hundreds of migrants who had gathered at crossing points were turned away by French riot police.
Refugees were shown huddled in foil blankets on coastal rocks, holding signs – written in English – demanding to be allowed to continue their journey from Italy to northern Europe.
They threatened to hurl themselves into the sea if blocked by the French….”

“Israel’s war was just,” reports Australian general after mission on Gaza conflict

The Australian, June 1o, 2015
By Major-General Jim Molan (Ret.)
We sat in the Israeli kibbutz 800m from the closest Gaza Strip buildings. Four Israeli women told stories of life during Operation Protective Edge, the 50-day conflict last year between Israel and Hamas, of the rain of rockets and mortars, 15 seconds’ warning, days in shelters and of a four-year-old child killed by shrapnel.
The rockets impacted on every aspect of life but the effect of finding one of the many sophisticated tunnels dug over several years at the very door step of the kibbutz for Hamas fighters to kill civilians more precisely and personally was an even greater shock.
