Paul Ryan Gargles Rancid Cud In His Mouth on National Television, Trump Responds

Paul Ryan thought he had something to say. So he turned the blinkers on in his brain, and hocked up a large spew of rancid GOP cud, and then he gargled it live, on TV, for several minutes, for all the world to see.

You don't believe me?

Watch for yourself:

Donald Trump responded in the only way a decent human being could respond to such an act of craven degradation.

ugh...Ben Carson Drops Out of Running for VP, Suggests a Democrat Could Be Selected
Trump brought Ben Carson on board to help him decide on a VP nominee, but don't count on it being Carson. The former Republican presidential candidate announced Thursday he was taking himself out of the running. When asked who Trump was considering, Carson reportedly mentioned a wide candidate pool that could include Democrats.

"Anonymous" appears to be a divide and conquer troll. The bottom line is that Trump will hire based on talent, not ideology.

I prefer this model of watchfulness in coming weeks:

The message for us begins at the time stamp of 47 seconds and continues to 1:18

DO NOT FALL ASLEEP.

* Let's be alert, reasoning, and if need be - stoic in the coming days.

Jim Webb?

If Trump is looking for someone who can work with those bastards on Capitol Hill, then Jim Webb ain't the guy. He left after one term because he was fed up with "the good ol' boys" on the Hill.

Dr. Carson is politically naive in the extreme. Manafort -- or whoever -- will override his advice.

IMO, Paul Ryan is positioning himself for a 3rd party run, if that opportunity should present itself.

Let's not forget that the GOP wanted Trump to take "the pledge."

Newt Gingrich is making all the right noises to be Trump's VP.

Joe Lieberman?

On Fox & Friends just now, Trump emphatically stated that he will not be putting a Democrat on the ticket.

Newt will not get the nod from Trump. He might make a member of his cabinet, or a Judge, but no way will he be VP.

Pasto,
I'm not ruling anything out at this point. Trump is trying to launch a new model.

Too bad he won't think about a D.

MANCHIN

Okay so.... Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, or go to work on Nicky Haley.

Condi (too bad about the highly negative W comments on that one)

Newt will be criticized for his idea man thoughts (colonize the moon .. good idea but not out loud until u are in office and have control of all the phasers) but otherwise is a good choice.

Someone who is totally perfect for the C's, knows how the out of control govt has killed the economy and IS out of control, voted AGAINST fast track for TPP, TAA,(but has not committed on actual TPP which is the most important) .. RAND PAUL

I don't think he'd do it, and he might be too much of a detail guy on principle. He knew China was not in the TPP, and then demonstrated he didn't understand the import of Trump's overall msg by trying to harp in the detail of who was in the agreement, missing the entire point.

What does Trump need?
Ohio, Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Michigan

Maybe look there. Can't be Snyder with Flint going on.

Yes, I think Newt would be a good choice, but he would not be a good marketing choice, and I think Trump has impeccable instincts on that front.
